1. Do you have free shipping?
A: We offer free shipping within Metro Manila only. For delivery outside Metro Manila, shipping fee [may/will be] apply [applied].
2. How much is your Shipping Fee?
A: Shipping Fee will be calculated and provided according to the client's purchase, weight, dimension, delivery location, and courier options. For more information you can contact us or chat with us.
3. What is your supported payment method?

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: 3 to 7 working days
5. Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
A: We deliver only during weekdays and Saturdays.
6. The item was in stock when I placed it on my cart, but why was it out of stock during checkout?
A: All items being sold are on a first come first serve basis. It is possible that there are other customers who were able to check out before you, causing your items to be out of stock upon your submission of order.
7. Do you provide warranty for the all the items we purchase?
A: Yes, we provide one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects. Anything beyond that will not be covered. (like wear and tear, color variation, improper or unauthorized repair, altered product or modified etc.) Please make sure to check your item parts once you receive.
